The staff is as followed; The head producer will be Takaaki Utsunomiya and Kei Ishikawa from Toei. The head writer will be Yasuko Kobayashi. The main Director will be Shojiro Nakazawa, Action Director will be Hirofumi Fukuzawa, and Special Effects Director will be Hiroshi Butsuda.
The staff of producer Takaaki Utsunomiya, writer Yasuko Kobayashi, and director Shojiro Nakazawa is a reunion of the same staff that worked on Samurai Sentai Shinkenger.

Other works that Utsunomiya is known for as head producer are Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, and Kamen Rider Wizard. Yasuko Kobayashi is also known for her works as head writer for Seijuu Sentai Gingaman, Mirai Sentai Timeranger, Kamen Rider Ryuki, Pretty Guardian Sailormoon, Kamen Rider Den-O, Kamen Rider OOO, and Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters. Nakazawa is also known for being the main director of Jyuken Sentai Gekiranger and Kamen Rider Wizard.
More information on the cast will be expected to be released in the first week of January.
revolves around the Tokkyugers protecting the "Rainbow Line" which is the route of light from the evil known as "Shadow." It is set to be released February 16th, 2014.
I sure hope Tokkyuger ends up being badass like Shinkenger by then... (As far as I've read, Shinkenger received a lot of hate before it premiered.)
